Mike Benedetto has been working in the construction business for over 20 years.

He started working in his father’s company, doing roofing, siding and windows, at the age of 18.

Since that time, he has been running his own construction business which includes building spec  houses, commercial and residential roofing, spray foam, and cellulose insulation projects.

Mike has also worked as a project manager for FCI Inc in Peekskill NY, a commercial construction company.

Some of the projects he was involved in include a municipal garage for the town of Middletown NY and additions at Westchester Medical Center, Lavelle School for the Blind, and Blue Mountain Middle School.

Mike is also a certified commercial roofing applicator and has completed many commercial roofing projects, including Cablevision, Cortlandt Town Center, Mahopac Schools, and Chase Manhattan Banks.

Mike is a certified spray foam applicator by Demilac as well as a certified roof applicator by Versico and RPI (leading manufacturers of EPDM and TPO roofing systems).

Future plans include building ultra energy efficient houses and building a team of contractors skilled in various fields.
